We believe that every employee should think long-term and have the opportunity to secure their financial future. Employees are eligible to participate in the ORA Orthopedics' sponsored 401(k) plan. The plan provides investment options and you direct how your money is invested. Participants have access to their fund information via a secure website, and may redirect fund investments at any time. Employees that are 401(k) eligible are also eligible to participate in our discretionary profit sharing plan. The contribution which is approved by the ORA Orthopedics' Board of Directors will be allocated among participants eligible to share in the contribution for the plan year.
